Welcome to the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority (SCLHSA) website!

The SCLHSA was created by Legislative Act 2006 to provide behavioral health and developmental disability services to individuals in Assumption, Lafourche, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Mary and Terrebonne Parishes. SCLHSA is governed by a local board composed of nine members from the seven parishes. These Board Members are responsible for ensuring that the services we provide and funding we receive is utilized to appropriately meet the needs of the individuals in our communities.
