NTHA owns, operate and maintains 517 units of public housing in 2 separate properties in Houma (Bayou Towers and Senator Circle). Under the Low Rent Housing Assistance Program, residents pay monthly rent based on their income and the level of assistance they need.

Provides a shelter for homeless males and females 18 and older with as many as children up to age 17 and enrolled in school. A 3 month program intended to build self-sufficiency. Guidelines apply.
