On behalf of the management team, I would like to welcome you to South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority. Thank you for deciding to join our team! For the next few days you will learn about our policies, procedures and workflows. Once you begin work at your designated site, leadership will continue to provide support to you during the orientation phase and beyond.
Policies/Administrative Plans for Review:
The policies listed below are the most important SCLHSA policies for new employees to review. You are responsible for all of the information contained in these policies, so please read to its entirety and make notes of any questions you may have to be answered during orientation.
Membership in the Louisiana State Employees’ Retirement System (LASERS) is mandatory for all state employees, except those persons specifically exempted by law. To find out more about retirement benefits, please visit lasersonline.org
